Privacy notice

This notice covers Business Signals Finder. It describes what we collect, who else sees it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Your account. The email address you sign in with, the company name and website you provide, and the company your account was set up for.
Your questionnaire answers. What you tell us about your product, your target market, your deals and your customers.
Your supporting material. Text you paste and files you upload from your own decks, case studies, one-pagers and strategy notes.
Public pages of the website you give us. We read them after you submit, using the address you supplied, and only pages that site allows automated readers to fetch.

The engine accepts PDF, DOCX and PPTX uploads. We store the files and extract their text for the analysis. The model receives the extracted text, not the original files.

Who else processes it

The reasoning is done by a large language model, reached through OpenRouter, which routes the request to a model provider. Your questionnaire answers and your supporting material are part of that request.

Every request is sent with zero-data-retention required and data collection refused. A provider endpoint that will not honour both is not used, and the request fails rather than falling back to one that would.
Your material is not used to train anybody’s model.
The model is given text and nothing else. It has no tools, no network access and no connection to our database, so it cannot fetch, send or look anything up.

We also use Supabase to store your data and Railway to run the service. Both are processors acting on our instructions.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other clients.
No other client can reach your strategy, your answers or your report. Row-level security in the database, rather than application code alone, decides who may read a row — the rule is attached to the data, so a mistake in a page cannot hand it to the wrong reader.
Our logs never contain your text, your material or anything the model wrote.

Who on our side can see it

We can. Running the pilot means the named people on our staff list can open your analyses: the diagnostics for a run, your questionnaire answers, the material you supplied, your report, and the raw output the model returned. We use that to operate the engine and to work out what went wrong when a run fails.

Three things bound it. That list is short and explicit, and being a client of ours does not put anyone on it. Opening a run’s stage output or its raw model output writes an entry in an audit log we keep. And deleting an analysis takes two of us, so no single account of ours can destroy your work.

How long we keep it

We keep your analyses, the material behind them and the reports they produced until you ask us to delete them. During the pilot, analyses have no automatic expiry.

Deleting your data

Write to ido.ivry@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and say what you want deleted — one analysis, or everything. We delete it, and the uploaded documents and report files behind it, within 30 days, and we tell you when it is done.

Some records survive a deletion request and are worth naming: the audit log keeps that an analysis was submitted, by whom and when, and that a deletion was requested and carried out. Those entries carry no client content. We also keep the work-email domain used for a submitted client analysis so that the one-free-analysis limit still applies after the account or report is deleted. That record contains no questionnaire answers, documents or report text.
