Business Signals Finder is in a pilot. These terms describe what it does, what it does not do, and what you are agreeing to when you submit an analysis.
What the engine produces
An analysis produces a report: the business events worth watching for one product in one market, the need behind each, the signals that reveal them, where to look for those signals, and which triggers are worth acting on first. It is a judgement built from what you told us and what your public website says. It is not advice, and it is not a guarantee that any event will happen.
The reasoning is done by a language model. Models are wrong sometimes. Every stage is checked against rules before it is accepted and the whole chain is re-checked before a report is printed, which catches the failures that can be described in a rule — and no check catches a claim that is merely unconvincing. Read the report as a starting point that a person judges, not as a finding.
What you are responsible for
- That you may share the material you paste in. Do not paste a third party’s confidential material, and do not paste personal data about anyone who has not agreed to it.
- That the website you give us is yours, or one you are entitled to have us read.
- Keeping your sign-in to yourself. An account belongs to one person, and anyone holding your sign-in link can read every analysis on it.
Limits the engine enforces
- A company may submit one client analysis using its work-email domain. A monthly platform limit also applies, and the remaining allowance is shown before you start.
- Submitting freezes the analysis: the company, the product, the market, your answers and your supporting material. You cannot edit it after submission.
- An analysis may pause to ask you at most two questions. If it waits seven days without an answer it stops, so that a paused analysis does not hold a slot indefinitely.
- Stopping an analysis yourself ends it. The slot it claimed is not returned, because the work it had already done was real.
Availability
This is a pilot. There is no uptime commitment, features change, and we may contact you about how an analysis went — that feedback is the point of the pilot.
Your data
What we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted are in the privacy notice. Accepting these terms accepts that notice too.
Ending it
You can stop using the engine at any time and ask us to delete everything — write to ido.ivry@gmail.com. We can end the pilot for your account too, and if we do we will say so in advance and leave time to export the reports.
